Why do formulas give different results? Each was derived from a different study population and measurement method. Small differences in the final number are expected. Neither is "wrong." Comparing the two gives you a reasonable range for your lean body mass.

Body fat percentage and how it relates to lean body mass

Body fat percentage is the flip side of lean body mass. If your LBM is 75% of your total body weight, your body fat percentage is roughly 25%.
